Tom Allen is recognized throughout Chicago, the State of Illinois and the U.S. as an astute teacher of the game, an inspiring motivator and a tremendous individual instructor.

Before establishing TABA, Coach Allen compiled an impressive prep coaching record, including an 80% winning percentage career while developing outstanding high school programs throughout the state of Illinois. As a coach at Elmhurst College, Coach Allen helped guide their basketball program to new heights including the college's first ever NCAA appearance and the most wins in school history.
